Welcome to the Clearbrook Village Website
Clearbrook lies in the Meavy Valley on the edge of Dartmoor.
It is situated a mile east of the A386 Plymouth to Tavistock road and sits below the old channels of the Plymouth and Devonport Leats which cross the Yelverton Golf Course.
In the mid-nineteenth century Clearbrook was a farming and mining community and it even once boasted a railway station, post office, bakery and a few shops.

Now all that is left is the Skylark Inn so the centre of this community is now the Clearbrook Village Hall, a Millennium Project, uniting the community in the millennium year with a palpable spirit of friendship.
The hall is a charity run by volunteers and a committee of twelve members who meet monthly to plan village events and activities to raise funds to cover the upkeep of the hall.
